AN ITALIAN APERITIF
Created in homage to Italian bitters, this cocktail combines the bitterness of gentian with the fruity taste of clementine and red berries. Gentian is found in several Italian liqueurs such as campari and aperol. It is the ingredient that gives them that typical bitterness. Salute!
Ingredients: Cane sugar, Dehydrated clementine, Dehydrated red currants, Citric acid, Dehydrated Saskatoon berries, Gentian, Orange flavored crystals (citric acid, orange juice, orange oil), Grapefruit flavored crystals (citric acid, grapefruit juice, grapefruit oil), Lime flavored crystals (citric acid, lime juice, lime oil)
