It's Sangria season!

We are starting the summer with a bang by presenting a summer “twist” that will completely transform your Odevi cocktails! 

The infusion technique we have developed turns out to be the perfect basis for creating refreshing sangrias! After all, a real sangria is made with sugar, wine and a fruit infusion!

Here are 3 recipes easy to recreate for perfect summer evenings! 

Lychee white sangria 

What you will need:

  • 1 Bottle of Lychee Martini;
  • 1 Bottle of white wine;
  • Lime sliced (for garnish);
  • Whole lychee (for garnish);
  • 60 ml of vodka ***.

The method : 

  1. Pour water into the Odevi Martini lychee bottle up to the vodka line.
  2. Fill the rest of the bottle with white wine.
  3. Leave to infuse between 1 hour (quick method) and 48 hours (typical method) in the refrigerator.
  4. Serve over ice in a glass decorated with lime slices and lychee.
  5. *** For a stronger version, you can add 15 ml (1/2 oz) of vodka to your glass

To make this cocktail you need our Lychee Martini, get yourself a bottle or a recharge.

Pink grapefruit sangria 

What you will need:

  • 1 Bottle of Grapefruit Margarita;
  • 1 bottle of rosé wine;
  • Sliced grapefruit and / or orange (for garnish);
  • 60 ml of triple sec ***.

 The method : 

  1. Pour water into the Odevi Grapefruit Margarita bottle up to the tequila line.
  2. Fill the rest of the bottle with the rosé wine.
  3. Leave to infuse between 1 hour (quick method) and 48 hours (typical method) in the refrigerator.
  4. Serve over ice in a glass decorated with orange and grapefruit slices;
  5. *** For a stronger version, you can add 15 ml (1/2 oz) of triple sec in your glass

To make this cocktail you need our Margarita, get yourself a bottle or a recharge.

Red sangria with wild blueberries 

What you will need:

  • 1 Bottle of Gimlet with wild blueberries;
  • 1 bottle of red wine;
  • Sliced lemon (for garnish);
  • Blueberries (for garnish);
  • 60 ml of cognac or brandy ***.

 The method : 

  1. Pour water into the Odevi Gimlet Wild Blueberry bottle up to the gin line.
  2. Fill the rest of the bottle with the red wine.
  3. Leave to infuse between 1 hour (quick method) and 48 hours (typical method) in the refrigerator. 
  4. Serve over ice in a glass decorated with lemon and blueberry slices
  5. *** For a stronger version, you can add 15 ml (1/2 oz) of cognac or brandy in your glass
